On September 8th, Ningshing's trade union and the Youth League Committee jointly held a Reading and Sharing activity in the premium house at Moon Lake. More than 40 youth members of the company participated in the activity. Mr. Dai Lei, Deputy General Manager of Ningshing Trading Group and General Manager of Plumbing Division, Ms. Wang Ling, General Manager of Ningshing Special-Steel Import & Export Company of Ningshing Precision Machinery Group, and Mr. Chen Xiaomin, Business manager of Ningshing Kinhil were invited to attended the activity. The representatives of each subsidiary also took part in the activity. 

Nine reading teams from different subsidiaries made presentations about the books they had read through recitations and sitcoms. They talked about their reading experiences, expressed their reading reviews, and recommended their favorite books. Mr. Chen Xiaomin shared the importance of reading from his own experience working with online channels expansion. Ms. Wang Ling shared her experience of how to arrange work, family & study time properly, and how to lead a team to learn and grow together. Mr. Dai Lei fully shared the cognition and methods of reading and learning, and through the specific case of the development of the plumbing division, he shared how to apply what he learned, as well as learning suggestions for young employees. The activity was very meaningful and inspiring to everyone.

At the end of the activity, the participants exchanged books. In the follow-up, the company will continue to carry out other activities such as book reviews, book recommendations, book exchanges, etc., to provide a platform for employees to learn and exchange, and to enhance their collective centripetal force and sense of belonging.
