In order to make new employees fully understand the development process and corporate culture, deeply understand the situation and target requirements, learn the company's rules & regulations, NINGSHING held the 2020 new employees annual training course at Ningbo Hotel on September 25th. 77 new employees from headquarters and subordinate companies participated in the training course. Vice Chairman Gao Ping and President Huang Yongzeng also attended.

      At the training meeting, Ms. Gao Ping gave a report entitled "Ningshing's Development, Corporate Culture and Requirements", which described Ningshing's struggle history for more than 20 years, interpreted Ningshing's corporate culture precipitated during the company's development and growth, and requested everyone to be engaged in studying the connotation of Ningshing's culture in light of reality, cherish Ningshing's platform, closely integrate personal career with the company's development, improve learning ability, pioneering ability and collaboration ability with innovative consciousness and craftsmanship, and strive to become qualified and excellent. 

      After that, Mr. Huang Yongzeng made a speech entitled "Ningshing People's Action under the Great Change unseen in a Hundred Years", analyzed the current situation of the great change in the current era, emphasized the power of focus in the development process of Ningshing, put forward the goal of Ningshing Holdings and Ningshing people's action in the new era, and shared with the new employees the maxim of "love, responsibility, investment and development". 

      Four outstanding old staff representatives, namely Mr. Zheng Haibo, Mr. Wang Jun, Ms. Wan Rong and Mr. Qiu Song, shared their growth and experiences in Ningshing. And the Administration office explained the Employee manual and the company management system and regulation. 

      This training also organized a vivid team building and development training. All new employees actively participate, feel and understand the importance of effective communication, rational organization, unity and cooperation, leadership and execution, and enhance their understanding of team strength. In the final summary and sharing session, the representatives of the new employees expressed that they would carry out the ideas, requirements and spirit emphasized in the training into their work, and contribute new strength to the development of the company.
