On August 19th and 20th, on behalf of Ningshing Holdings Board of Directors, President's Office, Company Party Committee and Labor Union, Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman, Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, Mr. Wang Wentong, Vice President of Ningshing Holdings, and other major administrative personnel successively visited Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing, Ningshing Ubay Logistics Warehouse, Ningshing Yoyou Feed, Ningbo Sunflower Shading Equipment and Ningbo Sinomach Ningshing Automobile, and expressed solicitude to Ningshing front-line employees who stuck to their posts and worked hard in intense heat.
Mr. Wu Yigang and his entourage inspected the factory building, operation workshop, operation site and staff canteen in the front line of production and operation, and expressed gratitude to every employee for braving the heat, sticking to their posts and working hard in the front line, and sent summer alleviation goods as a commendation gift; he fully affirmed the good performance of each company in actively promoting the resumption of work and production in the first half of the year, and demanded that everyone make persistent efforts to sprint to the annual target. At the same time, he told employees to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and health care in such hot weather, and asked each company to do a good job in heatstroke prevention and food hygiene for the benefit of employees.
During the visit, the major administrative personnel also conducted special inspections on civilized and safe operation of those companies, and organized on-site feedback and put forward rectification requirements. Ningshing Holdings also invited professional institutions, namely Daishan County Emergency Management Bureau and Ningbo Fire Rescue Detachment, to help on safety production management, fire safety and emergency response. Chairman Wu Yigang emphasized that all companies should attach great importance to safe production and operation, strengthen institutionalized and standardized management, and make corrections within a fixed time to ensure safe and stable operations.
