On July 7th, a delegation led by Mr. Sun Xiangyang, Deputy Commissioner of Ningbo Customs visited Ningshing Holdings to conduct an on-site feedback of relevant NPC proposals and seek advice on improving customs work.

      Ms. Gao Ping, a representative of Ningbo People's Congress, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, thanked Ningbo Customs for its concern and support on Ningshing’s development during the past years, and briefly introduced the basic situation of Ningshing Holdings and its operation performance in the first half of this year under the difficult situation combined of the global COVID-19 epidemic and severe trade relations between China and the United States.

      Deputy Commissioner Mr. Sun Xiangyang and his delegation discussed and answered the proposal on relaxing the regulation on the cross-border business of pet food submitted by Gao Ping during the Fifth Session of the 15th National People's Congress of Ningbo, and gave on-site reply and guidance to suggestions put forward by Ningshing Ubay and Ningshing Trading Group on promoting OTO business facilitation, delaying EWTP submission, setting up cross-border export LCL supervision warehouse, and providing training guidance for the regulatory submission of "9710" and "9810" business.

      Those who attended the meeting from Ningbo Customs were Qian Xianming, Director of Animal and Plant Quarantine Department, Cao Xia, Deputy Director of the Office, and Guo Zhi, Deputy Director of Free Trade Zone and Special Area Development Department. Those who attended the meeting from Ningshing Holdings were Shi Wei, Shi Chenjia, Wan Rong, the Vice Chairman, General Manager and Assistant of General Manager of Ningshing Ubay respectively, and Li Junbo, Deputy General Manager of Ningshing Trading Group.
